HW components

The system comprises a group of wireless temperature sensors inside cooling or freezing devices, temperature and humidity sensors within the store, door contact sensors, repeaters and a gateway for wireless data transfer to a server using an LTE module, via the GSM network. The System is in compliance with EN 12830:2018 and tested by ČMI authority.

How the system works

The sensors send data to the system every two minutes and the application displays selected data to the user (e.g. a store manager), via a graphical interface: current temperature, temperature development, opening and closing of doors of the cooling and freezing devices.

Simply online & wireless

The sensor data are automatically and wirelessly transferred via a gateway to the cloud server and from this server to any device connected to the Internet, via the Synstores HRS application. Data are stored at the server in daily HACCP reports. Reports are readily available to the user as PDF files to be downloaded by a single click. Reports are stored at the server for the period of at least one year, in compliance with the applicable legislation. The system complies with the requirements of EN12830:2018

HACCP APPLICATION WITH REPORTS ARCHIVE

The customer can, through a user-friendly mobile or desktop application, access all key values and HACCP data, which are automatically saved in the application‘s archive, based on a cloud architecture (SaaS). All HACCP values are therefore easily online accessible to the store‘s personnel, Quality Management and Food Inspection Authorities, whenever needed.

It is possible to set e-mail or SMS alerts with corrective measure prompts, for the case of temperature alarms or other limit violations.
